I recorded a video today to show you the best way to get out of bed (or off the Chiropractic or Massage table) to avoid low back strain. This is also a great technique for you if you are pregnant, which, in this video I happen to be 🙂
Please use this technique when you wake up in the morning and next time you are in the office to avoid irritating your low back after your awesome adjustment or massage.
Details, details, details … it is all about details … we have all heard this before.
Recently, I have had some reminders about how excellence is all in the details. Details and the little things matter! It still amazes me how little actions, consistently over time, can produce incredible results. Success isn’t in the big 1 or 2 things, it is in the little things leading up to those big 1 or 2 things. The video below is my favourite spinal mobility exercise. I do this exercise 3- 4 times per week even without any symptoms, but you could definitely do it daily or more than once daily, if you are experiencing symptoms.
