Hey Mamma’s ..

This is an intentional cross-lateral exercise for babies in which you cross the mid-line of the body by touching opposite hand to knee or foot. This exercise helps to build the bridge between the right and left hemispheres of the brain. This allows electrical impulses and information to pass between the two sides of the brain, which is essential for physical coordination and cerebral activities, such as reading, language and hand-to-eye coordination. It is easy to perform at diaper changes and babies usually have a great time with it as well.

Enjoy!
