Dr. Coletti received her certification as a Neurofunctional Acupuncture provider from McMaster University in 2019.
Acupuncture involves the insertion of a needle into a muscle or joint to target blood flow, muscle tension, and nerves. This creates a change at the neurological level, which Dr. Coletti has found to be complementary to chiropractic care.
Acupuncture or electro-acupuncture has been shown to aid in the management of various conditions of the extremities as well as symptoms of various conditions such as back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, and migraine headaches.
