The video below is my favourite spinal mobility exercise.  I do this exercise 3- 4 times per week even without any symptoms, but you could definitely do it daily or more than once daily, if you are experiencing symptoms.  It is amazing for low back, neck and mid back tightness.  Check it out and let me know what you think!
