Meagan is a true Londoner in every sense. Born and raised right here in London Meagan has been involved in her community from an early age. Sports have always played a role in Meagan’s life and when the opportunity presented itself she was able to combine her love of sports with her passion for massage. Meagan spent the last 5 summers working with Hockey Canada’s Women Development Team and Under 18 selection camp. This experience also took her to Calgary, Germany and the Czech Republic. It was here where she learned how to be an effective member of a high performance team.
Meagan is a graduate of the D’arcy Lane Institute here in London, where she developed many of the massage techniques vital to being a great massage therapist. At school she took full advantage of participating in outreach programs of many kinds including; running events, in office, community living, and the Labatt 24 hour relay to name a few.
Meagan enjoys walking, running, volleyball and just about anything to do with the outdoors. Those passions for the outdoors lead her to put on a backpack and travel to Australia, New Zealand and Fiji for a 6 month stretch before returning home. What brought her home was that desire to help people through massage therapy and she went back to school to pursue her RMT license.
Meagan is a passionate person both in her personal and professional life. She has extensive experience in her craft and is always willing to share and perfect her techniques.
Alania has been a part of the Registered Massage Therapy profession since she graduated from the D’Arcy Lane Institute in 2002. Along with her participation in the many outreach programs, she piloted the “shadowing program” which allows student RMT’s to work with seasoned RMT’s already experienced in their field. She has deepened her massage therapy career with training in Hot Stone Therapy, Reflexology, Temporal Mandibular Joint Therapy and Acupuncture to name a few.
Originally from Ohio, Alania Duvall moved to Canada in 1990. She primarily lived in the London area where she raised two boys, now grown. She recently obtained her Canadian Citizenship, which allows her to enjoy a dual citizenship.
Alania enjoys providing deep tissue therapy but also recognizes the benefits a relaxation massage can have for the client. She combines both of these in her practice to best benefit the clients needs. She firmly believes that chiropractic care and massage therapy work together to promote an optimal health balance for the client.
In her free time, Alania spends time with her grown sons and enjoys frequent travel back to Ohio to visit family and friends.

Rachael has advanced continuing education training in prenatal, RMT doula, infant and pediatric massage, as well as being a Certified Infant Massage Instructor. Through this training Rachael has found her niche in helping infants and pediatric clients with optimal growth and development.
Currently Rachael is pursuing advanced training in Canine Massage Therapy and is always looking for new ways to improve her craft.
